Shipping & Returns

We ship our products reliably through our logistics partner, DHL. You will receive a tracking number for every shipment. Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €150 or more. Please note the varying delivery times depending on the product category:

• In-stock items: For accessories and items we have in stock, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
• Pickups (custom-made): Since our pickups are custom-made for you, delivery takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Please also refer to the specific notes on the respective product page.

Returns & Cancellations

Not satisfied with a standard item (in-stock item)? No problem. We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important note regarding our pickups:

Please note that all products in the “Pickups” category are custom-made items manufactured specifically for you. These items are therefore expressly excluded from exchange and from the statutory right of withdrawal. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns for these handmade, one-of-a-kind items.
